It schedules the graduation sessions according to the dean’s guidelines and it assists the Coordinators in the Degree Course Council planning. It is also responsible for the organization of exhibitions and events regarding the Faculty (a calendar is available in the ground floor showroom). The Secretariat gives daily information concerning any kind of variation of lectures or examinations calendar. It’s not required to report to professors on personal requests advanced from the students.     OFFICE HOURS: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:30 to 12:30.
